Job Title: Radiology / Mammography Technologist Location: Falmouth MA 02540 Duration: 13 Weeks Schedule: 40 hrs/week 8.5 hrs/day (8a4:30p or 9a5:30p) every other Saturday 7:30a3:30p no holidays Pay Rate: $60 $65/hrPosition Overview: Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking a skilled Mammography Technologist to perform 2D/3D mammograms and DEXA bone density scans. Ensures high-quality imaging patient safety and comfort while maintaining MQSA and ACR compliance.Key Responsibilities:Operate and maintain mammography and stereotactic equipment performing required quality control.Prepare exam rooms review requisitions and verify prior imaging.Educate patients on procedures and results; ensure accurate history documentation.Perform diagnostic mammography and DEXA exams safely and efficiently.Maintain accurate records PACS data and compliance with radiation safety and infection control.Participate in continuing education and professional development.Qualifications:High school diploma or GED; graduate of JCERT-accredited Radiography ProgramARRT-certified in Radiology; Bone Density Operator preferredActive Massachusetts license in Radiology and MammographyCurrent BLS certificationExperience in 2D/3D mammography and bone density examsStrong communication skills and patient-focused approachFor more details contact at About Navitas Healthcare LLC certified WBENC and one of the fastest-growing healthcare staffing firms in the US providing Medical Clinical and Non-Clinical services to numerous hospitals.
