As a Coach, you will design and lead age-appropriate practices and drills, offer guidance and mentorship, and assist with team administration. If you have a competitive cheerleading/gymnastics background and want to make a real difference in the lives of children, we want to hear from you!ResponsibilitiesFollow age-appropriate workouts focusing on technique, endurance, skill development, and drills.Lead structured practicesProvide positive feedback, guidance, and encouragementIndividualize practices to suit each childs abilitiesCommunicate with parents/guardiansFollow all health and safety guidelinesAssist with all administrative matters relating to the teamQualificationsPrevious experience coaching children/students is preferredComfortable with speaking to and educating parentsKnowledge of physiology, exercise technique, and body mechanics is preferred but not requiredFirst aid and CPR certifiedPositive, motivating, and effective interpersonal communication skills
