Radiology Locum position in Williston, ND - $250 HourlySchedule/Availability Requirements:1 week per month 7a-7p, M-Fno callDuties: The locums will be onsite to complete minor procedures and reads such as: diagnostic mamos, breast biopsy, barium enema, small bowel follow through, upper GI, epidural steroid injection, abscess drainage, medicare overreadsDays per month: One weekSubmission Requirements: ALL OF THE FOLLOWING MUST BE NOTED AT NAME CLEAR TO BE CONSIDERED AND AVOID BEING REDIRECTED Board Certified in Radiology - REQUIREDACTIVE ND License ONLY REQUIRED or IMLC (with LOQ or ND License in hand)ACLS, BLS, DEA - REQUIRED ATLS - (Required during credentialing)Clean Malpractice/Background - PREFERREDAvailability at time of name clear - REQUIREDMust include copies of IMLC, ACLS, BLS, DEA, ATLS at time of name clear - REQUIREDRequired Procedures:Breast localization for OR with magseed/magtrace- willing to learn: breast cyst aspirations, stereotactic breast biopsies Arthrograms/Joint aspirations/Joint InjectionsCT CystogramsPICC Line placement Lumbar puncturesHysterosalpingogramsBone Marrow BiopsyUltrasound biopsy of lymph nodes, muscle, kidney, thyroid, abscess drainageESI, SI injections, Facet injections - not all radiologists do all the injections, but as many of them as possible would be niceEMR: Meditech Ready to discuss?
