Job Title: Remote Diagnostic RadiologistEmployment Type: Full-Time, Direct HireWork Environment: Remote (MRI Department of a large health center)Position Overview:We are seeking a highly skilled Diagnostic Radiologist to join our team. This flexible role offers the opportunity to work remotely or on-site, with a focus on work-life balance and a generous compensation package. You ll be working with a dedicated night service team, providing high-quality diagnostic imaging services in a collaborative environment.Key Responsibilities:Weekday coverage (M-F) from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, either on-site or remotely.Participate in call rotations, including:Weekday cross-sectional imaging call from 5:00 PM 10:00 PM.Weekend call from 8:00 AM 6:00 PM, with backup to night service.Night service team handles preliminary reads from 10:00 PM 8:00 AM.Calls are handled from home and rotated equally from the start.Use of a remote reading station for evening calls and backup support for night service.Compensation & Benefits:Competitive salary above the 80th percentile for radiologists.Fully funded 401K plan.Generous vacation package starting day one.Occurrence-based malpractice insurance.Comprehensive health insurance (individual or family).Paid disability insurance.Coverage for NYS medical license and hospital fees.Remote reading station provided for home use during evening shifts.Qualifications:MD/DO degree with Board Certification or Eligibility in Radiology.Proficient in X-ray, CT, MRI, ultrasound, and basic nuclear medicine.Mammography skills are a plus for on-site work, but not required for remote positions.Must be licensed or eligible for licensure in New York State.
