We’re building something extraordinary, and we want a leader who is excited to help us grow, improve, and leave a lasting impact on our team and clients.Compensation:$80,500 - $92,000 yearlyResponsibilities:What You’ll DoLead, supervise, and train department heads (office management, intake, client relations, billing, HR, and more)Design and implement operational systems, improve workflows, and oversee non-legal functionsInfluence the strategy, drive accountability, optimize performance, and ensure smooth executionCollaborate closely with our fractional CEO, COO, and CFO, a highly experienced executive team, to align firm operations with strategic goals, manage KPIs, and manage budgeting, forecasting, and performance improvementsPartner with legal leadership to ensure billable requirements, capacity, and people plan align with SKUsWhat Success Looks LikeThe firm runs smoothly and efficiently, with strong systems, steady communication, and a culture of accountabilityStaff are clear on expectations, supported, and aligned with firm goalsKPIs and financial targets are tracked, met, and exceededProcesses are documented, followed, and continuously improvedBonus Points If You Have:Experience managing cross-functional teams and department leadsFamiliarity with legal platforms: Basecamp, Lawmatics, PracticePanther, Box, etc.A background in HR, finance, or marketingExperience working alongside founders or managing attorneysQualifications:The Ideal CandidateWe care about education, skills, and experience, but we care just as much about your behaviors, mindset, and leadership style.Required Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, Management, HR, Finance, or related field OR 7+ years of equivalent experience in a law firm or professional services operations in lieu of educationAt least 5 years of management experience, including oversight of teams of 10+ peoplePrior legal or law firm operations experience is strongly preferred, and nearly required. If you don’t have it, you must be willing to get up to speed quickly.
