PsyPhyCare a division of Business Staffing of America Inc. is seeking to contract with a Radiology Technician for a client facility located in Elgin ND.The Radiology Technician will provide high-quality diagnostic imaging services to support patient diagnosis and treatment. This role ensures patient safety comfort and accurate imaging while working within an integrated clinical team.LOCATIONOur client provides medical care within a hospital and care center setting serving patients with varying levels of medical needs. The Radiology Technician will work onsite at the Memorial Hospital/Care Center in Elgin North Dakota.PERIOD OF PERFORMANCEPart-time or full-time schedule depending on facility needs.Rotating night shifts and holiday call coverage may be required.Specific weekly hours will be discussed during the screening and onboarding process.ROLES / RESPONSIBILITIESThe Radiology Technician will perform duties including but not limited to:Perform diagnostic radiologic examinations (X-rays) using approved imaging equipment and protocols.Properly position and prepare patients to ensure optimal imaging results.Verify patient identity and review medical history relevant to the ordered exam.Ensure strict adherence to radiation protection safety standards and infection control procedures.Evaluate images for technical quality and communicate findings or abnormalities to the radiologist.Maintain accurate imaging documentation and upload studies into EMR/PACS systems.Provide clear instructions and compassionate support to patients throughout procedures.Collaborate with radiologists nurses and multidisciplinary teams to maintain efficient clinical workflow.Operate clean and monitor imaging equipment reporting malfunctions when necessary.Participate in continuing education mandatory training and updates to imaging protocols.(Full scope of work is available for interested candidates.)QUALIFICATIONS OF CONTRACTOR PERSONNELEducation & ExperienceAssociates Degree or Diploma in Radiologic Technology (required).Clinical experience preferred but new graduates are welcome.Willingness to train in CT imaging.Licensure & CertificationsARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification required or eligible.State Radiologic Technologist License (as applicable).Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.Skills & CompetenciesProficiency in radiologic imaging equipment and computer imaging systems.Strong understanding of anatomy imaging techniques and radiation safety.High attention to detail with the ability to assess image quality.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with patients and staff.Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced or high-volume environments.Demonstrates professionalism integrity and patient-centered care.WORK ENVIRONMENT & PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTSAbility to stand for long periods and assist with patient positioning.May require lifting or transferring patients.Exposure to radiation and infectious diseases mitigated by PPE and safety protocols.Must comply with hospital and clinic safety quality and compliance standards.Required Experience:IC Key Skills Bidding,Apps,Benefits,Corporate Recruitment,Android Development Employment Type : Full-Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
