Job Description What you will be doing: Radiology Technologist Perform imaging examinations according to physicians orders. Utilize a variety of sophisticated imaging equipment. Consider individual patients unique and/or age-related needs. Use clinical knowledge and judgment regarding proper positioning factors. Calibrate radiation dose technique and patient treatment to produce optimal high-quality images. Ensure all examinations are conducted with minimal radiation exposure to patient and operator with ALARA awareness. Experience you will need: Radiology Technologist Education to meet certification license or registration requirements. Oregon Radiographer License upon hire or Oregon Radiographer Temporary License upon hire. National Certification from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists within 6 months (180 days) of hire. National Provider BLS certification from the American Heart Association upon hire. New graduates must have an OBMI temporary license and obtain a permanent license within 6 months of hire. Our client asked me to submit 3 great people within the next few days.
