Range Maintenance Support Technician at Calibre Systems

We are seeking a dedicated Range Maintenance Technician (Laborer) to support vegetation management and general maintenance tasks in a military training range environment. This role plays a key part in maintaining up-range areas that support tank range operations. The ideal candidate is reliable, safety-conscious, and willing to work as part of a team in an outdoor setting. Pay: $17.47/hour + $5.09 /hour Health & Welfare Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8-hour day shift Primary Responsibilities: Operate zero-turn mowers and other grounds maintenance equipment. Use chainsaws, pole saws, DR mowers, weed eaters, and hand/power tools to maintain vegetation. Assist with light mechanical troubleshooting and upkeep of equipment. Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times. Follow safety procedures and collaborate with team members to ensure mission success. Required Skills Effective communication skills. Strong work ethic and ability to work outdoors in varying conditions. Basic mechanical aptitude. Commitment to quality control and safety. required Experience Previous experience operating zero-turn mowers or similar equipment preferred but not required. Familiarity with hand and power tools (e.g., chainsaw, pole saw, DR mower) is a plus. Ability to connect/disconnect and back up trailers preferred but not required. Must possess a valid driver's license. High school diploma or equivalent required.
