JOB DESCRIPTION
Are you a Physical Therapist tired of chasing unrealistic productivity metrics, bouncing between buildings, or worrying about caseload drops?
I am representing a long-standing, highly reputable non-profit CCRC that offers something rare in today's LTC/SNF world: genuine peace of mind, clinical autonomy, and true work/life balance.
If you’re looking for a stable, supportive home for your career, this is it.
Why This Role is Different:
- True Salary Stability: No caseload drops, no hourly cuts, & based entirely at one beautiful site.
- Unheard-of Productivity: Only 65–75% productivity expectations because it is a 100% In-House therapy program (no predatory third-party contract companies).
- The Setting: Primarily an Outpatient setting working with vibrant Independent Living residents.
- Strong Foundation: An established, cohesive leadership team and a deeply supportive corporate culture.
- The Location: A gorgeous campus situated in a fantastic area with plenty to see and do.
Competitive Perks & Benefits:
- Industry-Leading PTO: 23 days of PTO + 7 paid holidays from day one.
- Financial Growth: Scheduled annual salary raises + 401(k) matching up to 4%.
- Peace of Mind: Work for a mission-driven non-profit that invests back into its staff and residents.
What You'll Do:
- Assess patients and develop customized, goal-oriented treatment plans.
- Document progress accurately to celebrate patient milestones and outcomes.
- Collaborate with a tight-knit, multi-disciplinary team to ensure seamless continuum of care.
What We're Looking For:
- A degree from an accredited Physical Therapy curriculum (Bachelor’s, Master’s, or DPT).
- A valid state license (or eligibility) to practice Physical Therapy.
- Experience in Outpatient, LTC, or CCRC settings is a plus—but New Grads are welcome to apply
