RASA Virtual Assistant at Pi-Square Technologies LLC

Responsibilities: Design and implement RASA-based virtual assistants including NLU pipelines and dialogue management. Develop custom Python actions and integrate with APIs and backend systems. Configure and optimize RASA Core policies for multi-turn conversations and fallback handling. Deploy chatbots using Docker/Kubernetes and manage CI/CD pipelines. Monitor bot performance analyze logs and improve NLU accuracy through data refinement. Required Skills: Hands-on experience with RASA (NLU Core custom actions). Strong Python programming and API integration skills. Familiarity with conversational AI design principles and LLM/RAG integrations. Knowledge of Docker Kubernetes and CI/CD workflows. Preferred: Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP). Familiarity with LangChain Hugging Face or other GenAI frameworks.
