While we primarily serve children in the foster care community, we proudly extend our services to all families with Medicaid. Our mission is to create a supportive, nurturing environment where children can thrive and reach their full potential.Position SummaryAs an RBT with FunXional Behavior, you’ll play an essential role in delivering individualized ABA therapy to children in their homes. You’ll work closely with families and under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement behavior intervention plans designed to foster growth and development.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide one-on-one ABA therapy in a home-based setting.Implement behavior intervention plans as directed by the supervising BCBA.Collect accurate and detailed data on client progress during sessions.Collaborate with families and team members to ensure consistent implementation of treatment plans.Maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times.Required Skills and QualificationsRBT certification (must be current and in good standing).At least 6 month of experience working as an RBT or in a related role.Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with clients and families.Ability to adapt to diverse client needs and demonstrate patience and empathy.Reliable transportation to travel to client homes across the Las Vegas valley.Why Join FunXional Behavior?At FunXional Behavior, we pride ourselves on fostering a supportive, collaborative, and mission-driven work environment.
