We're looking for some skilled and compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to join our team and help us create positive change every day.About FunXional Behavior AnalysisAt FunXional Behavior Analysis, we believe in fostering growth, learning, and empowerment for individuals and their families. Our team is committed to delivering high-quality, evidence-based interventions in a supportive and collaborative environment. We primarily service kids in the foster care community across the valley. Services are only done in-home, in daycares, or in the community at this time: we are not clinic based.What You'll DoAs an RBT with FunXional Behavior Analysis, you'll play a vital role in implementing individualized treatment plans and supporting clients in achieving their goals. Your responsibilities will include:- Delivering one-on-one behavioral therapy sessions based on Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles.- Collecting and recording data on client progress during sessions.- Collaborating with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to ensure treatment plans are effectively executed.- Providing compassionate care and fostering a positive environment for clients and their families.- Maintaining professionalism and adhering to ethical guidelines and company policies.What We’re Looking ForTo thrive in this role, you should have:- At least some experience as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).- A current RBT certification in good standing.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- A passion for working with individuals with diverse needs and a commitment to their success.- The ability to work collaboratively with a team and adapt to a dynamic environment.-Willingness to drive around the valley to client's homes.Why Join FunXional Behavior Analysis?While we do offer benefits at this time, we also provide a supportive workplace where your skills and dedication are valued.
