Visit to learn more.Role Summary: The RDC Operations Lead will be responsible for the shipping and receiving functions within the Regional Distribution Center (RDC) with a focus on safety and customer service. The RDC Operations Lead will lead and influence the day-to-day warehouse operations display a proven ability to develop and maintain an environment of trust diversity and inclusion within the RDC team including Hubbers contractors and 3PL operators.The individual must exhibit the following core TireHub commitments: Approachable - If a company could smile we would. When we commit toâa job we get the job done and we do it fast.âRole Specifics: Serve as the primary point of contact at the RDC for all operational inquiries issues and concernsOversees and coordinaties the day-to-day operations of the RDC including:scheduling and assigning work to Hubbers contractors and/or 3PL operatorsmonitoring progress of daily workload andensures work is completed safely efficiently and effectively.Refines existing processes and procedures to increase their effectiveness and efficiency while enhancing the RDCs internal capacityEnsures that operational activities remain on-time and within budgetMonitors KPIs and performance metrics to identify areas of improvementCollaborates with Ops teams other RDCs contractors and 3PL operators to ensure smooth and efficient operationsAddresses customer complaints to resolution or escalates (TLCs and Customers) to the appropriate level in a professional and timely mannerIdentifies and resolves any operational bottlenecksStays up-to-date on industry trends and best practicesCompetencies:Optimizes Work Processes:Knowing the most effective and efficient processes to get things done witha focus on safety and continuous improvementâManages Ambiguity:Operating effectively even when things are notcertainor the way forward is notclearâDrives Results:Consistently achieving results even under tough circumstancesâCollaborates: Building partnerships and working collaboratively with others to meet shared objectivesOptimizes Work Processes: Knows the most effective and efficient processes to get things done. Focuses on continuous improvement ensuring safe work practices are followed.Experience: 5 years of applicable work experiences with a heavy focus on operations and warehouse management Supervisor or management experience required Experience with KPI management BS/BA in Logistics Business administration or related field preferredKnowledge Skills and Abilities:Demonstrated people skills including influencing skills listening and the ability to communicate effectively to diverse groups.Process improvement experienceStrong planning and organizational skills including the ability to coordinate a variety of different projects and individuals and to adapt to unforeseen and unexpected requests or changes in priorities required.Ability to collaborate with business leaders and peers across the organization to anticipate identify recommend and implement creative operational and customer service solutions.Proven track record of process improvement and operational excellenceStrong leadership and team-building skillsExcellent communication problem-solving and decision-making skillsHighly analytical with a keen eye for detailThis role is based out of TireHubs location in Fort Worth Texas.TireHub will consider the employment of all qualified applicants including those with criminal histories in a manner consistent with the requirements of applicable state and local laws.
