High Reach Operator

Join our dedicated team as a High Reach Operator, where you will play a crucial role in our modern, customer-centric cold-chain company. Our facilities are designed for high-throughput operations, providing innovative cold storage, handling, and value-added services across the U.S. We support major food and distribution clients with advanced temperature-controlled warehouse systems.

Responsibilities:

• Operate a Crown high reach truck to move, load, and unload palletized goods within the freezer warehouse.
• Stack, stage, and retrieve products from high-bay racking systems safely and accurately.
• Perform equipment inspections and adhere to safety guidelines and cold-storage protocols.
• Work within a 5F freezer environment for extended periods using the warehouse systems for inventory management, pallet tracking, and location accuracy.
• Support inbound and outbound operations, including put-away, replenishment, staging, and loading.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of aisles, racking, staging lanes, and equipment.
• Follow all food safety, quality, and temperature-control standards.

Essential Skills:

• Proficiency with Crown High Reach Trucks.
• Ability to work efficiently and safely in a 5F freezer environment.
• Skill in handling pallets at extended heights and navigating tight aisles with precision.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience operating a double-length electric pallet jack.
• Endurance to work in cold-storage conditions while adhering to safety and food-storage standards.
• Accuracy in high-volume order picking and maneuvering pallets in a fast-paced environment.

Work Environment:

The work environment is a freezer warehouse maintained at 5F. Employees will operate in a dynamic, fast-paced setting using advanced warehouse management systems. Proper personal protective equipment (PPE) will be provided to ensure safety and comfort while performing tasks.

Job Type & Location:

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Ormond Beach, FL.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $18.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
