Location: Kansas City Work type: Full Time Onsite. Roles & Responsibilities Support complex real estate transactions including acquisitions dispositions development projects and title and survey reviewAssist with joint venture matters financing transactions and drafting related documentationAdvise clients on sophisticated real estate issues with clarity and sound judgmentManage transactional processes with accuracy timeliness and strong attention to detailCollaborate with partners and senior attorneys on national scale mattersBuild strong relationships with sophisticated clients and maintain a high level of professionalismContribute to a growing and collaborative practice group and engage in ongoing professional development Qualifications 3 to 6 years of broad and sophisticated transactional real estate experienceAdmission to the Missouri Bar or ability to waive in through the Uniform Bar ExaminationExperience at larger law firms with exposure to complex real estate mattersStrong academic history with a grade point average above three point zeroExperience with joint ventures and real estate financingExceptional research writing and communication skillsStrong work ethic and a team oriented mindsetAbility to learn complex subject matter quickly and operate effectively in a fast Key Skills EAM,Economics,IT Business Analysis,Information Security,Android Development Employment Type : Full Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
