Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are a fun, fast-paced, high-producing real estate team seeking a real estate assistant who will effectively assist our agents and valued home buyers and sellers. Applicants should enjoy helping people and continually learning to streamline our processes. The ideal candidate should have real estate administration experience and a real estate license is preferred. Candidate must be a great communicator who is driven and highly detail-oriented. If this position interests you, start your application today!Salary will depend on experience.Responsibilities:Assist realtors in visiting properties, obtaining measurements and data for MLS input, and coordinating photographyCreation and management of MLS listing and social mediaFollow up with agents regarding their showings of our listingsWeekly updates to homeowners regarding their showings and feedback from agentsAssisting with cothe ordination of marketing and social mediaGeneral office administrative dutiesQualifications:Must have a residential real estate licenseExperience with CVRMLS and Transaction DeskProficient with Microsoft Word, Publisher, PowerPoint and ExcelMust have good judgment and ability to work independentlyMust have excellent written and oral communication skillsAbout CompanyOur team has consistently been one of the top teams in the Richmond market, averaging over 150 sales per year.
