ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY – REAL ESTATE Location: Los Angeles, CAHYBRID Our client, a prominent AmLaw 200 firm, is seeking a talented Associate Attorney to join their expanding Real Estate Practice in Los Angeles. This is an outstanding opportunity for a mid-level attorney to take on meaningful responsibility, work with a diverse client base, and gain hands-on experience in sophisticated real estate transactions. Candidate ProfileJD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic recordActive Bar Admission in California, in good standing3+ years of substantive experience in real estate transactionsExperience representing developers, owners, investors, and lenders in financing, development, and investment matters preferredDemonstrated experience with loans, joint ventures, entity documents, and leasesStrong legal research, writing, and analytical skillsAbility to work independently on client matters and collaboratively within a team environmentExceptional interpersonal and communication skillsPrior practical business experience in the commercial real estate industry is a plus Key ResponsibilitiesAdvise clients on a wide range of real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, financing, joint ventures, and leasingDraft, review, and negotiate transactional documents, including purchase agreements, financing documents, joint venture agreements, and leasesProvide strategic counsel to clients on structuring complex real estate investments and developmentsCollaborate with partners and other team members to manage client matters efficientlyParticipate in all stages of transaction execution, from initial diligence to closing Why Join Us?This is an exceptional opportunity to join a top-tier real estate practice with a strong reputation for high-profile, complex transactions.
