This role requires a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, with a strong emphasis on eminent domain matters. This is a permanent position that provides an exciting opportunity to work on complex, high-profile cases and contribute to the growth and success of our firm. Responsibilities: 1. Provide expert legal counsel on all matters related to real estate law, with a particular focus on eminent domain. 2. Conduct thorough and detailed depositions, ensuring all relevant information is accurately recorded and processed. 3. Manage all aspects of right-of-way acquisitions, including negotiations, legal documentation, and dispute resolution. 4. Represent the firm and its clients in court, presenting clear and compelling arguments in support of our position. 5. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing regular updates and ensuring their legal needs are met. 6. Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in real estate law and eminent domain, applying this knowledge to benefit our clients and the firm. 7. Collaborate effectively with other members of the legal team, contributing to a positive and productive work environment. 8. Handle a high volume of cases, managing your workload effectively to meet deadlines and maintain high standards of work. Qualifications: 1. Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school. 2. Admission to the TX state bar. 3. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a real estate litigation attorney, with a focus on eminent domain. 4. Proven experience conducting depositions and managing right-of-way acquisitions. 5. Strong litigation skills, with a track record of success in court. 6. Excellent negotiation skills, with the ability to secure favorable outcomes for our clients. 7. Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to explain complex legal concepts in clear, understandable terms. 8. Detail-oriented, with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously. 9. Up-to-date knowledge of real estate law and eminent domain, with a commitment to ongoing professional development. 10.
