We are looking for a sharp, client-focused attorney to join our real estate and business law practice.

We are open to candidates with transactional experience, litigation experience, or both. This is an opportunity to build a well-rounded practice handling real estate transactions and related disputes in a fast-paced, high-performing environment.

What You'll Do:

Transactional:

  • Run residential and commercial real estate transactions from contract through post-closing
  • Identify and resolve title, lien, survey, and contract issues
  • Communicate proactively with clients, lenders, realtors, and third parties
  • Keep deals moving efficiently while protecting the client at every stage

Litigation:

  • Manage all aspects of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, motion practice, and trial preparation
  • Conduct legal research and draft memoranda, motions, and pleadings
  • Represent clients in hearings, mediations, and (as applicable) trial
  • Develop and execute litigation strategies in collaboration with senior attorneys
  • Handle disputes involving real estate, contracts, and business matters


What We're Looking For

  • Florida-licensed attorney in good standing
  • 2+ years of experience, ideally in real estate, business law, or civil litigation
  • Strong understanding of contracts and/or litigation process
  • Ability to manage multiple matters without things slipping through the cracks
  • Excellent communication skills-clear, direct, and responsive
  • Solutions-oriented mindset-you don't just identify issues, you solve them
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Team-oriented with the ability to take ownership of files


Bonus Points

  • Real estate closing/title experience
  • Litigation experience (general liability, professional liability, or business disputes)
  • Courtroom, mediation, or deposition experience
  • Notary commission (or willingness to obtain-firm will cover cost)
  • Experience with Qualia

  • Base salary starting at $150,000+, commensurate with experience
