We are looking for a sharp, client-focused attorney to join our real estate and business law practice.
We are open to candidates with transactional experience, litigation experience, or both. This is an opportunity to build a well-rounded practice handling real estate transactions and related disputes in a fast-paced, high-performing environment.

What You'll Do:
Transactional:
- Run residential and commercial real estate transactions from contract through post-closing
- Identify and resolve title, lien, survey, and contract issues
- Communicate proactively with clients, lenders, realtors, and third parties
- Keep deals moving efficiently while protecting the client at every stage
Litigation:
- Manage all aspects of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, motion practice, and trial preparation
- Conduct legal research and draft memoranda, motions, and pleadings
- Represent clients in hearings, mediations, and (as applicable) trial
- Develop and execute litigation strategies in collaboration with senior attorneys
- Handle disputes involving real estate, contracts, and business matters
What We're Looking For
- Florida-licensed attorney in good standing
- 2+ years of experience, ideally in real estate, business law, or civil litigation
- Strong understanding of contracts and/or litigation process
- Ability to manage multiple matters without things slipping through the cracks
- Excellent communication skills-clear, direct, and responsive
- Solutions-oriented mindset-you don't just identify issues, you solve them
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented with the ability to take ownership of files
Bonus Points
- Real estate closing/title experience
- Litigation experience (general liability, professional liability, or business disputes)
- Courtroom, mediation, or deposition experience
- Notary commission (or willingness to obtain-firm will cover cost)
- Experience with Qualia

- Base salary starting at $150,000+, commensurate with experience
