We are looking for driven individuals who believe the sky is the limit!Compensation:$75,000+ at plan commissionResponsibilities:Follow up with prospects via email, phone, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and generate qualified leadsHold open houses to engage with potential clients and introduce them to their local real estate market Coordinate efforts to negotiate property sale between buyer and seller to achieve desired resultsPrepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for clients to facilitate a smooth transactionAssist clients in buying and selling propertiesConduct market research and analysis to determine property valuesBe all in for our mentorship programShow properties to potential buyersGuide clients through the process of completing real estate transactionsProvide excellent customer service and address client inquiries and concernsCommunicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and other professionals in the industryStay updated on real estate market trends and changes in real estate lawNegotiate contracts and terms of purchase, or sale, on behalf of clientsQualifications:Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree preferredMust have a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by carMust demonstrate a consistent record of real estate success1+ years of buyer’s agent or relevant real estate experienceExperience with the local real estate market and general trendsAbout CompanyLonnie Bush Real Estate is a consistently top-ranking team with a 25+ year, consistent track record in the industry.
