Position Description
Position Summary
New River Electrical is seeking a detail-oriented Real Property / Lease Coordinator to support the management and administration of leased and rented properties utilized by the company. This role serves as a key operational liaison between the Operations Group, landlords, and internal departments to ensure lease agreements are reviewed, documented, and managed efficiently. The Real Property / Lease Coordinator will oversee the lease lifecycle, maintain accurate records, and support compliance with applicable regulations. This position requires strong organizational skills, clear communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Duties/Responsibilities
- Review, analyze, and abstract residential and commercial lease agreements to ensure accuracy and compliance with company standards and applicable laws.
- Maintain and manage lease documentation, including tracking key dates, terms, renewals, and terminations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for landlord inquiries related to rent payments, lease terms, and renewals.
- Coordinate with the Operations Group regarding property inquiries, leasing needs, and property-related documentation.
- Assist in researching zoning requirements, local codes, and regulatory considerations that may impact leased or rented properties.
- Support internal teams by providing lease information, documentation, and status updates as needed.
- Maintain organized property and lease records to ensure accurate reporting and accessibility of documentation.
- Communicate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure lease-related matters are addressed in a timely and professional manner.
Position Requirements
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in real estate operations, property management, lease administration, or administrative support, preferred.
- Knowledge of lease documentation and property administration processes is a plus.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, Outlook, and OneNote.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners.
