JOB DESCRIPTION

Duration: 6 months contract Job Description: We are seeking a partner-focused professional to support onboarding and activation of real estate partners within a fast-paced, program-driven environment. This role sits at the intersection of customer success, program management, and partner enablement, guiding partners through onboarding, training, and launch milestones. You will work closely with external real estate professionals while collaborating internally with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless transition from onboarding to activation. The role requires strong organization, influence, and the ability to drive execution across multiple stakeholders simultaneously. This is a remote opportunity operating within structured core business hours. Responsibilities: Manage onboarding and activation of real estate partners across defined program milestones Conduct virtual onboarding sessions, walkthroughs, and presentations for partner teams Guide partners through required steps, ensuring timely completion and readiness for launch Act as a primary point of contact for partner questions, concerns, and issue resolution Drive partner accountability by influencing progress and maintaining momentum through the onboarding pipeline Manage multiple partner accounts simultaneously within tight timelines (30-45 day cycles) Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders (product, program, operations) to resolve blockers and improve processes Utilize CRM and operational tools to track progress, manage workflows, and maintain accurate records Support continuous improvement by sharing frontline feedback and identifying process enhancements Experience: 2-3+ years of experience in real estate, partner-facing, or client-facing roles Experience in onboarding, customer success, account management, or similar roles Excellent communication skills (verbal + written), especially in virtual settings Ability to operate in a fast-paced, evolving environment with shifting priorities Proficiency with tools such as Salesforce, Google Suite, Zoom, and workflow/project tools (e.g., Smartsheet or similar) Experience working with real estate agents, brokerages, or property platforms Background in program management, implementation, or onboarding roles Exposure to sales engagement tools (e.g., Salesloft or similar) Familiarity with managing partner pipelines or CRM-based workflows Experience in high-growth, pilot-driven, or rapidly evolving business environments Skills: Real Estate/Brokerage/Property Platform Sales Engagement tools Education: Bachelor's degree or experience in related field About US Tech Solutions: US Tech Solutions is a global staff augmentation firm providing a wide range of talent on-demand and total workforce solutions.
