Job Description
We are seeking a Real Estate Assistant to join our growing team! You will handle all real estate activities and transactions on behalf of the clients. Full-time, but will consider part-time. Responsibilities: List and sell residential or commercial real estate Coordinating housing permits is a plus Escrow/transaction coordination with buyers Negotiate purchase agreements and contracts with buyers Prepare market analysis to help determine property value Educate clients on basic real estate procedures Verify and disclose property facts to clients Qualifications: 3+ years of previous experience in real estate, property management, or other related fields Real Estate license - MUST MLS experience Outlook/Excel experience required Property listing experience Familiarity with real estate contracts and leases Ability to build rapport with clients Strong negotiation skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Perks: - Base pay + commission -2 weeks of vacation/year - Allowance for healthcare Company Description Del Pueblo Communities, LLC and its affiliates started over a decade ago with ambitious goals-Provide a quality home at an affordable price, built with the Arizona lifestyle in mind, in an effort to improve the homebuying experience.
