Our boutique firm known for its personalized approach and strong camaraderie is currently in search of a Transactional Real Estate Attorney with five to eight years of experience. Located in the vibrant Orange County Airport area we pride ourselves on a rich heritage that attracts clients beyond the typical scope of an intimate firm. As a member of our team youll be instrumental in handling various transactional real estate needs for private businesses. The role encompasses a diverse range of tasks including real estate purchase and sale agreements leasing financing options special purpose and serial entity formation operating and limited partnership agreements.
