This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious associate seeking to handle transactions related to a broad range of real estate assets working alongside seasoned professionals on high-profile deals from conception to closing.Candidate ProfileJD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic recordActive Bar Admission in the relevant jurisdiction in good standing5 years of substantive commercial real estate experiencein asophisticated law firm settingExperience in commercial real estate acquisitions development financing leasing and dispositionsSkilled in drafting and negotiating complex purchase and sale agreements easements declarations of restrictive covenants and loan documents for construction and permanent financingExcellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong ability to manage multiple complex projects and deliver high-quality client serviceKey ResponsibilitiesRepresent clients in a wide range of commercial real estate transactions including acquisitions dispositions financings and leasingDraft review and negotiate purchase and sale agreements easements restrictive covenants joint venture documents and loan agreementsProvide counsel on development projects land use zoning and entitlement issuesCollaborate with colleagues across practice groups including tax corporate finance construction and environmental to support all aspects of client transactionsAdvise developers investors lenders landlords and tenants on strategies to structure negotiate and close real estate deals efficientlySupport clients with real estate portfolio restructuring and joint venture formationsWhy JoinThis is an outstanding opportunity to work on sophisticated real estate transactions within a nationally recognized team known asone of the Southeasts premier real estate practices.
