Candidate ProfileJD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic recordActive Bar Admission in the relevant jurisdiction, in good standing5+ years of substantive commercial real estate experience in a sophisticated law firm settingExperience in commercial real estate acquisitions, development, financing, leasing, and dispositionsSkilled in drafting and negotiating complex purchase and sale agreements, easements, declarations of restrictive covenants, and loan documents for construction and permanent financingExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong ability to manage multiple complex projects and deliver high-quality client service Key ResponsibilitiesRepresent clients in a wide range of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, financings, and leasingDraft, review, and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, easements, restrictive covenants, joint venture documents, and loan agreementsProvide counsel on development projects, land use, zoning, and entitlement issuesCollaborate with colleagues across practice groups, including tax, corporate finance, construction, and environmental, to support all aspects of client transactionsAdvise developers, investors, lenders, landlords, and tenants on strategies to structure, negotiate, and close real estate deals efficientlySupport clients with real estate portfolio restructuring and joint venture formations Why Join?This is an outstanding opportunity to work on sophisticated real estate transactions within a nationally recognized team, known as one of the Southeast’s premier real estate practices.
