Its our values that defines us to all of our key audiences: our shareholders customers prospective employees and especially ourselves.Benefits of joining our team!Annual incentive plan (bonus)Paid vacation and sick timeUp to 10 paid holidays/year4 hours voluntary time off to volunteer for your favorite charityHealth dental and vision insurance subject to applicable premium deductionsShort-term and long-term disability insurance 100% company paidOther ancillary insurance options available401(k) retirement account with matching MPG contributions & profit sharing (if applicable)Profit Sharing Plan - potential up to 3% of base salaryEducational Reimbursement up to $5250 per yearGym membership reimbursement up to $120 per yearPrimary Responsibilities:Inspection of electronic/electromechanical components mechanical parts cable assemblies printed wiring boards etc. for conformance to engineering drawings work instructions customer and vendor specifications and industry standards.Verify conformance and write nonconformance reports when discrepancies are found.Verify required provisions have been metVerify supplier documentation is accurateConduct transactions in ERP system move product to stock and/or MRB as requiredComplete First Article Inspections per AS9102 on supplied materialMaintain appropriate records of supplier documentation and inspectionsInterface with Supplier Quality Procurement and Materials on product status and supplier performanceAssist management with implementing process controls improvement activities creating work instructions and inspection plans.Audit product received directly into inventoryAssist in investigating complaints of nonconforming product in inventoryKnowledge Skills and Abilities:Basic understanding of IPC-A-610 IPC/WHMA-A-620 IPC-A-600 and other industry standardsBasic understanding of mechanical and electrical manufacturing practices.Proficient ability to utilize a PC and the Microsoft Office Suite software package.Thorough understanding of AS9102 First Article requirementsAbility to read and interpret prints and datasheets.Good manual dexterity.Able to manage time and priorities effectively.Good problem solving skills.Ability to demonstrate effective written and spoken communications skills.Must be able to use basic hand tools/gauges.Must be able to use microscope.Previous optical inspection equipment experience preferred.Requirements Include:Must be a US person (US Citizen or Permanent Resident (Green Card Holder)High school diploma or GED required.A minimum of two (2) years related quality control inspection experience electronics industry preferred.Experience with the use of inspection tools required.Work Arrangement : OnsitePay Range: $ - $per hourBonus Eligible: This position is eligible to earn a discretionary bonus based on performance metrics and other criteria outlined in our applicable bonus plan.We consider several job-related non-discriminatory factors when determining the pay rate for a position including but not limited to the positions responsibilities a candidates work experience a candidates education/training the positions location and the key skills needed for the position.
