OverviewReceiving Tech IIUnityPoint Health - AllenShift: Part-time; typically 4 hour shiftsBenefits EligibleAs a member of an inter-disciplinary Supply Chain team a Receiver performs receiving tasks within the ERP system. This includes administrative tasks related to inspection receiving and distribution of inbound and outbound shipments. The position is responsible for communicating discrepancies in shipments with the Central Procurement department. The position is responsible for processing returns in conjunction with the Buyer. And we believe equipping you with support and development opportunities is a vital part of delivering an exceptional employment experience.Find a fulfilling career and make a difference with UnityPoint Health.ResponsibilitiesResponsible for efficient and timely unloading of shipments from freight carrier through use of pallet jack hand truck or flatbedInspects packages for damagesVerifies product shipment to packing slipAppropriately and accurately documents receipt of product in Lawson ERP systemIdentifies and communicates with Central Procurement discrepancies in shipmentsFiles packing slips and receiving recordsCompletes deliver of packages to correct location per Purchase OrderProcesses vendor returns in the ERP system and for the outbound freight carrier to processDelivers supplies and/or equipment to other facilities/clinics within the regionQualificationsEducation:High School Diploma or highest level of post-secondary educationLicensure/Certification:Valid drivers license when driving any vehicle for work-related reasons.Valid drivers license with endorsements (E.g. CDL Class C where appropriate) as required to meet requirements for vehicles used in delivery operations.Experience:1-2 years in supply chain distributionOther:Must be self-directed and assume responsibility for timely completion of job responsibilitiesMust possess strong Customer Service skillsMust possess skills related to projection coordination and critical thinkingMust have strong safety backgroundRequired Experience:IC Key Skills Endpoint Security,Customer Service,Finance Control,Inventory Management,Adobe Employment Type : Part-Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
