The Orthodontics discipline focuses on the treatment of irregularities of the teeth, jaws, and bite relationship in children and adults.Position Summary:This 12-week temporary position performs a wide range of clinical and administrative tasks. Responsibilities include checking patients in and out, scheduling new appointments, processing patient payments, creating and distributing screening packages, answering and routing telephone calls, generating patient and provider correspondence, receiving and sorting mail, and responding to general inquiries. Additional duties may be assigned by the department as needed.Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:High school diploma or equivalency; or demonstrated possession of the competencies necessary to perform the work.Required Qualifications, Competencies, and Experience:Previous administrative experience.Preferred Qualifications, Competencies, and Experience:Prior patient care experience preferredCampus Security Authority Responsibilities:Not Applicable.
