Receptionist/Administrative Assistant

$19+ /hour : Depends on Experience

We are seeking an enthusiastic Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. Responsibilities:

• Customer Service - Answer, assist request and/or direct all phone calls
• Greet all office guests
• Manage, clean and organize the front desk
• Provide administrative support to all team members as necessary
• Answer guests' and employees' questions
• Decorate the office for holidays
• Support the office - Including translating Spanish to English when needed
• Handling office correspondence
• Maintaining office supplies
• Performing various other clerical tasks, including faxing, transcribing and filing

Qualifications:

• High school degree & at least 2 years of work experience
• Interpersonal skills
• Organization skills
• Communication skills
• Technology skills - MS Office
• Excellent time management skills and ability to carry out assignments with accuracy
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
