The ability to work in a fast paced environment with strong attention to detail is essential for this position. ResponsibilitiesPhone coverage (screen and route calls)Greet visitors and guestsMaintain conference room calendar and help manage seating charts for the officeMaintain the reception desk, closet and hallways - tidy and stockedReceive, sort and distribute USPS Mail/FedEx/UPS/Courier deliveriesAssist with ground transportation for guests, when necessaryAd hoc research and clerical projects, word processing/data entryAssist in ordering supplies for the officeAssist in inventory of and ordering of supplies for the officeOvertime coverage for once monthly office dinners until 9:00 p.m.Reconciliation of office credit card statementsQualificationsRequirements:1+ years in a receptionist or administrative role requiredHigh level of professional conductAbility to interact with and assist all levels of employees and visitorsAbility to work in a confidential natureMicrosoft Office Suite Skills, including Excel proficiencyGeneral analytical, organizational, and coordination skillsBusiness Professional dress attire Preferences:Bachelor's Degree, preferred The expected salary range for this role is $70,000.00-$85,000.00.
