Grow your career. Join the Pape Team!WHAT YOULL DO:In this role youll serve as the first point of contact for customers greeting and assisting them with friendliness and professionalism. Youll manage the main switchboard ensuring calls are routed quickly and accurately. Each day will bring new opportunities to support multiple departments with a wide range of administrative needsincluding preparing correspondence maintaining organized filing systems ordering office supplies and processing departmental timecards.You will also play an important part in financial and operational workflows by coding payables handling daily mail assisting the regional finance department and completing various forms and reports with addition youll follow up with customers on completed service work to ensure satisfaction help coordinate and schedule shipments monitor store safety tracking and provide support to regional managers and teams as needed.
