Receptionist-Full Time at Trove Brands

In this role the Receptionist will work closely with customers across several communication channels including phone e-mail and in addition to these responsibilities the Receptionist will provide support for multiple departments coordinating business meetings greeting visitors and taking care of other auxiliary needs. These tasks require strong written and verbal communication skills prior customer-facing experience along with basic understanding of Excel and other Microsoft programs.Every role at Trove Brands is critical to our successful functioning as a whole. Your specific responsibilities as a part of Team Trove will include: Maintain a professional environment in our lobby during working hours. (Lobby hours: Monday-Friday 9:00 am- 5:00 pm.) Work with customers across multiple communication channels. Facilitate business needs as required. Qualifications : We seek team members who are adept at contributing  their personal expertise to a collaborative work environment.
