Together we work side by side toward a shared goal: delivering person-centered care that respects every resident and the choices they make.Whether in our vibrant communities our welcoming small house neighborhoods Home Health Hospice or Home Office we provide the highest level of compassionate quality care.Join our team of Partners who are talented kind wise funny spirited generous endearing and truly one-of-a-kind.A Full Time Receptionist position is available for a busy front desk in the Otterbein North Olmsted Community.Welcomescustomers on the phone and in person and responds to a wide variety of requests by accurately assessing the customers needs and requests; and then adding personal recommendations and touches to achieve maximum customer satisfaction while complying with all Otterbein policies.Full Time Days 8:30a-5p some weekend work requiredResponsibilitiesGreet customers entering and leaving the community using customer name whenever possibleAnswer customer calls and direct them timely and appropriatelyHandle all customer interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism accommodating special requests whenever possibleMaintain current file/listing of residents by name and location emergency phone numbers of on-call personnel department extensionsResolve customer complaints and assists customers in all inquiries in connection with community activities services hours directions etc.Maintain an accurate cash drawer balance. Receipt payment for sales (gift cards stamps etc.) Reconciles all transactions at the close of each shiftSchedule appointments and maintain accurate records for on-campus ShuttleDistribute/receive keys and maintain an accurate logUse a variety of computer programs phone systems and emergency systems for multiple tasks and communicationsAbility to handle emergency situations in a calm and professional mannerMaintain confidentiality of all pertinent resident and partner informationSpecial projects as requestedOther duties as assignedQualificationsEducation: High school diploma or equivalentExperience: A minimum of 1 yearComputer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft OfficePositive outgoing personality. Strong customer service etiquette.
