This position will ensure tasks are completed correctly safely and efficiently. This position will coach develop and build strong rapport with their team. A successful candidate will be someone with previous leadership experience or lead technician experience. This candidate will have excellent people and communication skills as well as strong time management skills.ResponsibilitiesInteract with technicians assigned to work groupCounsel train and develop technicians skillsTroubleshoot difficult inspections and NGD installations with techniciansServe as a positive role modelEnsure technicians have adequate inventories/suppliesRecord and analyze technicians daily workloadPerform audits on selected Inspections and NGD installationsThoroughly investigate incidents and problems.Review daily production to ensure company policy compliance by Technicians and take appropriate actions if violations are foundCoach Technicians on efficiency improvement opportunitiesConduct timely performance reviewsWork with management on coaching counseling suspensions and terminationsEnsure policies and procedures are followedInterview potential candidates for prospective staffing needsMonitor safety program complianceWear appropriate personal protective equipmentFollow established safety procedures and policiesRequirementsThree (3) plus years supervising experience would be beneficialMust be able to communicate in an effective manner in a one-on-one setting and/or while addressing a group.Computer proficiency is requiredValid drivers license and safe driving record requiredDriver score of (80) or higher required.
