Deliver a high quality of service in all dealings with customers clients subcontractors resource providers and company employees involved in performing reconstruction services.Responsibilities:Perform final walk-through with customer and secure a signed Certificate of Satisfaction from customerConduct pre-construction meetings with customersSet expectations and provide project updates (daily narrative) to customers and subcontractorsSchedule all subcontractors and material suppliersEnsure all work performed complies with the plans specifications local codes and requirements of the scope of workDocument all project activities in the job bookMaintain quality standards through site inspectionsProvide evaluation and rating of all vendors and subcontractorsCoordinate inspections with local jurisdictionIdentify areas outside of the contracted scope of workJob Scoping and Estimating Skills. We will train to use the software but knowing construction is necessary.Qualifications:Superb customer service track recordEffective written and oral communicationExperience in restoration and/or construction preferredHigh school diploma/GEDProject Management Professional (PMP) certification preferredAbility to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable lawPhysical and Work Environment Requirements:Exposure to extreme conditions such as heatWalking and standing for long periods of time driving sitting climbingAbility to climb ladders and work at ceiling heightsAll employees of a SERVPRO Franchise are hired by employed by and under the sole supervision and control of an independently owned and operated SERVPRO Franchise.
