Job Description

This is a remote position. Clock Tower Realty is a full-service real estate brokerage based in Winter Garden Florida. They help clients across the buying and selling process of residential property offering localized expertise marketing support and client education. The Remote Records / Typist / Copy-Typist Clerk is responsible for providing accurate typing and transcription services maintaining and managing records (digital and scanned) and supporting the organisations administrative and records-management operations from a remote setting. The role contributes to the organisations document processing and timely support to internal teams at Clock Tower Realty. Key Responsibilities Transcribe dictated materials handwritten notes or recorded audio into typed documents (letters memos reports forms logs etc.). Perform copy-typing: reproduce documents (digital or scanned) exactly ensuring fidelity to original. Maintain and organize electronic records: scanning indexing naming files storing in document management system or cloud storage. Verify accuracy and completeness of typed documents and records; proofread correct errors and ensure formatting consistency. Manage update and maintain records databases for clients caregivers services scheduling or other organizational data as required. Respond to document-requests from internal teams: retrieve share archive records on time. Ensure compliance with confidentiality privacy and data-security standards in handling sensitive client/property/family information. Assist with general clerical tasks: drafting standard correspondence formatting reports preparing mail-outs handling incoming digital communications. Maintain home remote workspace: reliable internet connection secure and quiet environment appropriate hardware (computer headset scanner if needed). Collaborate remotely with other administrative/records teams to support workflows deadlines and process improvements. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent No experience needed we will train and training is paid Strong typing skills (for example minimum 4050 wpm) with high accuracy. Excellent attention to detail proofreading ability and organizational skills. Computer proficiency: Microsoft Word Excel Outlook; comfortable working with scanning software and document-management systems. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently in a remote setting: self-motivated disciplined able to meet deadlines. Reliable internet connection and a dedicated secure home workspace.
