By combining virtual and in-person counseling community support and access to life-saving medication we help people move beyond addiction to find belonging love and purpose.If youre looking to roll up your sleeves and meet hard challenges head-on then were looking for you.Our team is seeking a Recovery Coach to provide the social and emotional support that aid in recovery to members who are receiving treatment services in the organization.This is a full time position.This is a hybrid position. Services are provided both in-person and remotely. Unless otherwise agreed upon all candidates must reside in-market.What you will do:Demonstrating and communicating the core values of Better Life PartnersProviding peer counseling to individual members and their familiesProvide case management for members ensuring proper communication with all involved in the recovery processFacilitating support groups and raising awareness of Better Life Partners in the communityCollaborating with colleagues leadership and community partnersIdentifying new and existing resources for our membersAdhering to professional and ethical work standardsMaintaining compliance with Federal state and local regulationsAttending and engaging in regular training and company meetingsYou are a good fit if you have:Completion of Recovery Coach training requiredWillingness to occasionally travel locally (within Maine)Excellent time management and strong attention to detailExceptionally strong work ethicTeam player with an all hands on deck attitude organized/able to multitaskIt will also be great if you have:Bachelors degree in psychology counseling or related fieldCommunity connections with potential partners and resourcesWork location requirements:BLP operates in hybrid and remote work environments which allows us to better meet our members and partners where theyre located. Candidates applying for this role must be willing and able to travel locally within the communities we serve and/or travel to onsite meetings as expected in coordination with their department and business needs.When working from home the requirements include:Must have reliable internet service with a fast upload/download abilityAbility to ensure any protected health or proprietary data/information is not visible (or audible) to others in any work locationMust have a quiet space to speak to members team members or external partners with minimal background noise and distractions$18.53 - $24.63 an hourThe actual compensation offered within the range along with title and level will be dependent on a variety of factors including but not limited to relevant experience qualifications skills level offered business requirements and performance expectations.
