Similarly we trust our workforce to use their best judgement to achieve positive measurable outcomes.As a trusted pillar of the community Vision Australia has been supporting people who are blind or have low vision for more than 150 years.About the OpportunityAs our Recreation Support Worker you will deliver recreation programs for a diverse clientele and to ensure the overall smooth operation of recreation services offered for clients to assist in achieving equity and access for people who are blind or have low this role you will also:Plan develop deliver and evaluate high quality social support groups across the region;Ensure effective transdisciplinary service provision for clients and their families;Provide direction support and training for volunteers so they can assist in the delivery of recreational activities;View the Position Description for this roleAbout YouAs part of the Client Services team you should have a Certificate III Community Services Age Care or addition the demonstrated ability to plan implement and evaluate programs and activities for individuals and groups is encouraged.
