JOB DESCRIPTION

Talent Acquisition Specialist

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a crucial role in recruiting for a variety of roles within the company, focusing on creating long-term relationships and building a talented team.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire recruitment process from intake to offer.
  • Collaborate directly with hiring managers to understand role requirements and candidate qualifications.
  • Recruit across diverse departments including production, manufacturing, materials, warehouse, purchasing, supply chain, customer service, sales, and select technical roles.
  • Evaluate resumes accurately, assessing transferable skills and identifying skill gaps.
  • Maintain comprehensive notes and track recruitment status using ADP Workforce Now.

Essential Skills

  • Proven experience as a corporate or in-house recruiter.
  • Knowledge in manufacturing or technical recruiting.
  • Ability to handle a high volume of requisitions independently.
  • Strong skills in resume evaluation and hiring manager collaboration.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, especially ADP Workforce Now.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • HR generalist experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Understanding of employment law, employee relations, and leave management.
  • Technical recruiting experience in areas such as engineering and tech sales.
  • HR certifications or a related degree are advantageous.

Job Type & Location

This is a contract to hire position based out of Sparks, NV.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $31.25 - $36.06/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
