We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic recruiter to manage the full life cycle recruiting process for a high volume of requisitions. This role supports a mix of corporate, technical, engineering, manufacturing, and facilities related positions. The recruiter will own the hiring process from requisition intake through offer acceptance, including posting jobs, sourcing candidates, conducting phone screens, and managing candidate pipelines. The role requires close partnership with HR and hiring managers for compensation analysis and alignment, as well as scheduling candidate interviews. The recruiter will manage requisitions across multiple locations and maintain accurate documentation within the BrassRing ATS.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full life cycle recruiting for a high volume requisition load.
• Support a variety of roles including corporate, technical, engineering, manufacturing, and facilities.
• Own the hiring process from start to finish, including job posting and offer acceptance.
• Source candidates, conduct phone screens, and manage candidate pipelines.
• Partner with HR and hiring managers on compensation analysis and alignment.
• Schedule candidate interviews by coordinating availability.
• Manage requisitions across multiple locations including Rancho Bernardo, Poway, and Torrey Pines.
• Maintain accurate documentation within the BrassRing ATS.
• Adapt to changing hiring priorities and shifting requisition portfolios.
• Work efficiently in a manual recruitment environment.

Essential Skills

• Proven experience in recruiting and talent acquisition.
• Ability to manage a minimum of 40 requisitions concurrently.
• Strong sourcing, screening, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in managing high volume recruiting (40-80 requisitions per recruiter).
• Experience with a variety of skill sets including corporate, technical, engineering, and manufacturing.
• Comfortable working in a manual environment without automation or AI tools.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with applicant tracking systems such as BrassRing.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with HR, hiring managers, and finance.
• Flexibility to work onsite at different locations as needed.

Work Environment

This position operates on a 9/80 schedule and requires onsite presence in locations such as Poway, Torrey Pines, or Rancho Bernardo. The recruiter must be flexible with traveling between these locations if necessary. The role involves recruiting for technical skill sets and collaborating closely with hiring managers, HR, and other stakeholders. The work environment is highly manual, requiring adaptability and a proactive approach.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of San Diego, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $38.00 - $47.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
