Key Responsibilities Source screen and interview candidates for diverse manufacturing roles (e.g. production maintenance engineering). Partner with hiring managers and plant leadership to define requirements and develop recruitment strategies. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including offer negotiation and pre-employment screening (e.g. background checks drug tests). Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for critical and high-volume manufacturing positions. Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) for candidate management and data integrity. Participate in job fairs community events and industry networking to attract manufacturing talent. Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and relevant labor laws. Recommended Qualifications Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment specifically for manufacturing industrial or engineering roles. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes technical skill sets and operational environments. Proficiency in advanced sourcing techniques to identify passive candidates for specialized production and technical positions. Demonstrated ability to effectively interview assess and qualify candidates for a range of manufacturing roles. Experience utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to partner effectively with manufacturing hiring managers. Bonus Qualifications Familiarity with manufacturing processes equipment or skilled trades roles. Experience recruiting for unionized environments. Understanding of lean manufacturing principles or continuous improvement methodologies. Proficiency in a second language common in manufacturing workforces (e.g. Spanish).
