Key Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruitment for diverse manufacturing roles including production skilled trades and technical positions. Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates in a competitive manufacturing labor market. Conduct thorough interviews and skills assessments to evaluate candidate fit for technical requirements and the plant environment. Collaborate closely with manufacturing hiring managers to understand departmental needs and refine job specifications. Oversee offer management background checks drug screenings and pre-employment processes in compliance with industry regulations. Maintain accurate applicant tracking system (ATS) data and generate recruitment reports for manufacturing talent acquisition. Recommended Qualifications Proven full-cycle recruiting experience within the manufacturing industry. Demonstrated ability to source and screen candidates for diverse manufacturing roles (e.g. production engineering quality supply chain). Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and modern sourcing techniques (e.g. LinkedIn Recruiter job boards). Strong communication and relationship-building skills with hiring managers and candidates. Understanding of employment laws and best practices in recruitment. Bonus Qualifications Familiarity with manufacturing processes (e.g. Lean Six Sigma GMP). Bilingual proficiency (e.g. Spanish) for diverse workforce engagement.
