This is an ideal role for someone who wants to work in a hyper-growth environment and flex your sourcing muscles to find the top talent. Youll support several teams in different departments so adaptability and persistence are key. We are looking for someone that is dependable hard-working and driven. You will own sourcing screening scheduling and hiring talent with the goal to fulfill the companys hiring needs.ResponsibilitiesOwn end-to-end recruitment process for 10-15 open requisitionsCollaborate with hiring managers to identify ideal candidate profileUse LinkedIn Recruiter to source and find candidatesUtilize ATS (we use Lever) to keep pipeline current and accurate maintaining recruiting data validityManage recruiting admin work such as: scheduling interviews greeting candidates completing onboarding etcDevelop and maintain a candidate pipeline through ongoing relationship management and proactive market researchBuild and adapt sourcing strategies to meet hiring goals for experienced candidatesAct a Subject Matter Expert to help improve refine and evolve recruiting processes within the companyAttend various networking events like campus recruiting fairs partner networking events and others to establish talent attraction initiativesWork cross-functionally with several teams including those in Salt Lake City Chicago and those that work remotelyOccasionally lead New Hire Orientation (once every 2 months)QualificationsPrior experience working in recruiting and/or talent acquisition ideally coming from an agency background or other high-volume environmentsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsPast experience owning full-cycle recruiting for multiple roles/requisitionsWillingness to multi-task and reprioritize quicklyBackground or an interest in SaaS/tech recruitingThorough understanding of HR policies and best practicesExperience using Applicant Tracking Systems Job Boards and LinkedIn Recruiter or other recruiting/sourcing toolsAbility to work independently and drive results with minimal directionInnate sense of urgency to drive the best results in the fastest amount of timeBachelors degree in Human Resources Management Organizational Psychology or relevant field is a nice to haveSome travel to career fairs and other events may be requiredCompensation Information:$65000 - $85000The base salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. The total compensation package for this position will be determined by each individuals location qualifications education work experience skills and performance. We believe in the importance of pay equity - the range listed is just one component of Filevines total compensation package for employees.
