Sourcing Recruiter

This Sourcing Recruiter position is focused on identifying and engaging top-tier technical and sales talent for a Start-Up organization, with a particular emphasis on Business Operations and Strategy functions. The role reports into the Go to Market teams within the Start-Up Organization and Business Operations and Strategy.

Responsibilities

• Source and engage top-tier technical and sales talent, including Solution Architects, early-career demand generation sales representatives, and Account Managers.
• Manage multiple concurrent searches in a high-velocity environment.
• Adapt sourcing strategies based on real-time feedback and evolving market conditions.
• Experiment with innovative approaches when traditional sourcing channels yield limited results.
• Leverage creative search techniques and tap into non-obvious talent pools.
• Proactively identify pipeline obstacles and develop solutions independently.
• Build strong relationships with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates through clear communication and consistent follow-through.
• Take ownership of pipeline metrics and continuously refine approach based on data insights and stakeholder feedback.

Essential Skills

• Proven experience in sourcing technical and sales talent.
• Strong recruiting experience with Fortune 100 companies.
• Ability to create independent sourcing/recruiting strategies.
• High-volume sourcing experience.
• 1-3 years of high-volume sourcing experience.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in government recruiting is ideal.

This is a Contract position based out of Arlington, VA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $38.00 - $38.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
