Recruiter II Technical Solutions Contract at Datadog

You will have the opportunity to shape mold and impact how fast we grow the way were viewed and the candidate experience. We are looking to hire a Recruiter who will be responsible for finding the best talent; you will be the face of recruiting at Datadog! You will be the first point of contact for new candidates in the hiring process playing a critical role in identifying great candidates telling the Datadog story and ultimately turning great candidates into great employees.At Datadog we place value in our office culture - the relationships and collaboration it builds and the creativity it brings to the table. We operate as a hybrid workplace to ensure our Datadogs can create a work-life harmony that best fits them.What Youll Do:Find qualified talent for our open roles via sourcing job posts referrals and agenciesScreen candidates to ensure their qualifications match the open rolesCollaborate with leadership to design or streamline interview processesEnsure follow up and closure for all interviewed candidatesNegotiate compensation with qualified candidatesEnhance our recruitment process through training interview teamsLeverage Greenhouse to track candidate progress through funnel resurface existing talent and keep consistently clean data for reportingEnsure candidates have an excellent interview experience - regardless of outcomeWho You Are:Experienced in full-lifecycle recruiting with 2-5 years either in-house or in a staffing agency environmentA sourcing master in your ability to identify where top talent livesAutonomous with a demonstrated ability to work independently and simultaneously on multiple positionsExceptional at selling value proposition negotiating and closing great candidatesSkilled at operating with a sense of urgency in all stages of the recruiting cycleAble to successfully navigate an ever-changing processDatadog values people from all walks of life.
