Location: Grand Rapids, MI Hours: 8:00 am 5:00 pm Monday Friday Pay: $51,000 $65,000 / year Final compensation will be based on experience and may vary by geographic location.

What You'll Do as a Recruiter:

• Manage the complete recruitment process for a diverse range of positions across multiple levels and locations
• Discover, attract, and engage top talent through job boards and Kelly's applicant tracking system (Bullhorn)
• Build strong partnerships with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and ensure an equitable, consistent selection process

What We're Looking For:

• High School Diploma / GED holder
• 2+ years of high-volume, full-cycle recruiting experience within an industrial or warehouse setting required
• A customer-focused recruiting pro who loves building relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and HR partners
• Someone who is results-driven, resilient, and gets things done with enthusiasm and a sense of urgency
• A natural multi-tasker skilled in time management, prioritization, and working independently
• Excellent communicator and active listener, comfortable engaging audiences both in writing and face-to-face
• Flexible, adaptable, and ready to shift gears in a fast-paced environment
