We seek to build a team of experts in tax and technology who are customer advocates and have the mindset to reimagine the services our customers receive.Position SummaryThe Seasonal Recruiter will manage the full-cycle recruiting process including sourcing phone screening interview coordination preparing materials offer management onboarding communication and new-hire orientation. This role also tracks recruiting metrics and serves as the liaison between candidates and management. The Recruiter works closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager and the Director of Talent Acquisition to ensure consistent processes across the organization.Essential Job FunctionsPartner with internal clients to understand staffing needsDevelop and implement creative sourcing strategies to attract top talentScreen resumes and conduct initial phone screensCoordinate scheduling of interviews with hiring managers and team membersPrepare interview materials and debriefsExtend offers of employmentNegotiate salary and benefitsCommunicate with new hires prior to start dateOrient new employees on their first dayTrack metrics related to the recruiting functionQualificationsBachelors degree required; Masters degree preferred2 years of experience in human resources or related fieldStrong organizational skills and attention to detailExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook Word Excel PowerPoint SharePoint)Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) requiredKnowledge of HRIS systems preferredMust HaveHigh-volume recruiting experience proven track record managing large pipelines and fast-paced hiring needsSelf-starter / Go-getter attitude proactive organized and self-sufficientAbility to schedule at least 20 interviews per week for Tax Experts during peak seasonStrong MS Excel skills comfortable with spreadsheets basic formulas reporting and tracking high-volume activity Required Skills:ATSHRIS Key Skills Sales Experience,Sourcing,Talent Acquisition,Taleo,ATS,HR Sourcing,Interviewing,Microsoft Outlook,Earned Value Management,Human Resources,negotiation,Recruiting Employment Type : Full Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
