Recommended Qualifications 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience specifically within a manufacturing or industrial environment. Proven ability to source and attract specialized technical engineering and skilled trades talent. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes roles and industry-specific certifications or requirements. Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and various sourcing tools. Excellent interviewing communication and relationship-building skills with candidates and hiring managers. Bonus Qualifications Familiarity with manufacturing processes (e.g. Lean CNC PLC) or industry-specific terminology. Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) software. Demonstrated ability to build talent pipelines for niche manufacturing roles.
