Develop and maintain a robust talent pipeline for critical and hard-to-fill manufacturing positions. Utilize various sourcing techniques including industry-specific platforms trade schools and local community networks. Ensure all recruitment activities comply with safety regulations and employment laws relevant to manufacturing operations. Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate skills experience and cultural fit within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Recommended Qualifications 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience with a focus on manufacturing roles. Demonstrated ability to source and attract candidates for technical operational and skilled trades positions. Strong understanding of manufacturing industry structures roles and talent needs. Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with diverse candidates and hiring managers.
